WOOD filament is produced using PLA and wood powder as the main materials for 3D printing, suitable for various mainstream FFF 3D printers. By adjusting the formula and controlling the process, we have improved the issue of nozzle clogging caused by wood powder expansion during use; during printing, it emits a scent similar to burning wood. With 20% wood powder content, the filament has lower density.
