What are the key upgrades to the AD5X compared to the AD5M?
The AD5X offers the following upgrades:
- Upgraded Extruder Cutter: Enables automatic filament feeding and retraction, supporting a 4-color filament change module (IFS module) for multi-color printing.
- Higher Extruder Temperature: Upgraded to 300℃ for better material compatibility and advanced printing capabilities.
- Advanced smart features like auto filament refill, auto-feeding filament, and object exclusion for failed prints, creating a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
Does the new IFS system support the older models AD5M/AD5MP?
No, the new IFS system is not compatible with the older models AD5M/AD5MP.
Can the AD5M be upgraded to an AD5X?
No, the AD5M cannot be converted into an AD5X. They are distinct models with different specifications and features.
What slicing software do you recommend for use?
We recommend using Flashforge's official Orca-Flashforge slicing software. Additionally, the third-party Orca-slicer software is also supported.
What are the shipping options for my order?
We offer two shipping options:
1. From China: The product will be shipped within 20 days of purchase. Shipping time is approximately 10 days.
2. From Local Warehouse: The product will be shipped within 60 days of purchase.

What should I do if the coupon fails to apply during my purchase?

Will the delivery time be longer to Western Australia?
Since our overseas warehouse is located in Victoria, deliveries to Western Australia may take a few extra days. Please keep an eye on your order's tracking number for the latest updates.
This printer has been great for us beginners. We are so impressed with the AD5M that we pre-ordered the AD5X. It has only had a couple hiccups with filament getting stuck or clogged in the extruder. But with some general knowledge on how to clear it, it is up and working again.

Every couple prints keeps clogging up and messing up. The next print have to keep unclogging.
I mainly print petg and only have done petg on this printer had one very bad clog that bent my nozzle but flasgforge sent out replacement nozzles every now and again the extruder will not seat in the correct spot to **** on the backside of the wiper arm and instead on the arm or in front its not an issue if you notice it before it gets to bad you can clean it and it normally corrects itself after if you can move the wasted Filament before the next pooping, overall im 300+ hours print time and am enjoying it
