I bought my printer sunday and i recived it friday of the same week. Very fast shipping. Out of the box the printer was perfect , 15 min benchy with incredible quality. As of now after a two week usage the printer is still perfect and I had 0 failed print. I bought the package with the 2 kg free filament included in my purchase. The filament didn’t come with the printer so i contacted the customer support and the feedback was amazing. After 4 to 5 days the filament arrived. Very very happy about this printer and it’s not praised enough online.
I received my Adventurer 5X, and it was skipping steps straight out of the box. The IFS (Intelligent Filament Sensor) also doesn’t work correctly — it allows printing from slot 4, but even after unloading filament, the system still shows it as loaded.
I’ve spent two weeks going in circles with support, and they’ve refused to replace it after multiple issues. Despite the machine only running a few failed prints, I was told to fully disassemble it — this was due to a broken heat set insert from the factory. Even after repairing that issue myself, it did not solve the issue and support has not mentioned any kind of fix in days. Now I’m left with a non-functional really expensive paper weight.
Avoid this machine unless you’re prepared to troubleshoot it yourself and receive little to no help if something goes wrong.
I have the ad5x ad5m and ad5m pro and all of them have fantastic easy to use printers!
Printed some lithophanes and desk ornaments—the shine makes them look way more expensive than they are. Super happy with it.
I love the built-in camera and Wi-Fi control. It’s so convenient to check prints from another room. Very thoughtful features.

The printer works excellently and prints very fast right out of the box. I’m very satisfied. Delivery was within the promised timeframe, though not faster. The two gift filaments were HS PLA and PETG Pro, although in rather dull colors.

It is fast, reliable, easy, fun, and AMAZING don't waste time looking for other printers buy this one now, and if you have questions you can ask their AMAZING customer serves. I got a response in a day and they were super helpful.
